Cam Yoke Assy refers to Yoke Assy which maintains S / yoke and rack bar clearance constant by using Cam structure and has self-compensation function to prevent increase of clearance, due to wear.

The self clearance compensation function must have compliance with reverse input to maintain de-rattle function and perfomance.
